For Pilots
You can arrive in your own aircraft.
We look forward to welcoming guests from out of town, so landing and parking are, of course, free of charge.
However, flight operations on the last weekend in August are subject to certain restrictions:
Arrivals and departures are only permitted outside the display blocks.
As of September 3, 2026, these take place at the following times:

Local flights under 60 minutes are not possible on either day, with the exception of sightseeing flights.
Due to limited space, parking is generally
directly on the flight line. You will be assigned a parking spot after landing.
Fueling is available at fair prices (100LL, Super Plus, diesel).
No advance registration is required, but we recommend—especially for those traveling from afar and for overnight guests—that you contact us briefly in advance via AeroPS (PPR form—FREE) or email.
Please familiarize yourself with the conditions at Oerlinghausen Airport before your approach, particularly regarding the special considerations resulting from the slope when landing toward Runway 22 or taking off toward Runway 04 (see “Airport Info”). Be sure to check for last-minute NOTAMs.
