Information for pilots

Approach – This is how it works with us:

  • PPR is always required! Simply register via our PPR application.
  • Important note: Please always observe the current NOTAMs – e.g. via the NOTAM Briefing App.
  • The airfield can also be approached without operations management.

After landing

  • The PIC enters his name in the main flight logbook: Take-off & landing report
  • The landing fee is paid digitally via Aerops.

Refueling

  • Available fuels: AVGAS 100LL, Super Plus (98), Diesel
  • Refueling is possible:
    • With PPR and operations manager during official hours
    • 24/7 with refueling key, also without operations manager

Operating hours

  • Monday-Friday: 09:00 – 19:00 (or SS 30 min), with PPR, but without operations manager
  • Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: 09:00 – 19:00 (or SS 30 min), with PPR, in good weather with operations manager

Important notes

  • Outside operating hours:
    • No operations management
    • No fire-fighting or rescue service
    • No secure emergency call
  • Disclaimer: The Flugplatzgemeinschaft Oerlinghausen e.V. assumes no liability for persons or aircraft.
  • Safety equipment: Fire extinguishers are located in a labeled red cabinet at the fuel station. The emergency plan is also displayed there and at the entrance to the tower.

Responsibility of the pilot

Anyone wishing to take off or land outside operating hours must:

  • check the condition of the flight operation areas on their own responsibility,
  • ensure that VMC conditions prevail,
  • Communicate take-offor landing times to the operator (Oerlinghausen airfield community) (take-off and landing notification)
  • and refrain from take-offs and landings in the event of recognizable deficiencies.
